Ordering & Custom Designs
Do you offer same‑day delivery?
Yes. Orders placed before our daily cutoff qualify for same‑day delivery within our Cincinnati delivery zone. The checkout page always shows the exact windows available for your address.
Can I request specific flowers or colors?
Absolutely. If a bloom is in season and available, we’ll include it. If not, we design a close match that keeps the same mood, palette, and value.
Can I order by phone?
Yes. Call us if you prefer to talk through a custom design or need help choosing the right arrangement.
Do you make custom arrangements?
Custom work is our specialty. Share your colors, style, and budget, and we’ll create something one‑of‑a‑kind.

Are you partnered with DoorDash?
Yes. We’re partnered with DoorDash for fast, reliable local delivery. You still order directly from us — DoorDash simply handles the handoff and brings your flowers to the door.
How much is delivery?
Delivery fees vary by distance and timing. The exact fee appears automatically at checkout.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
Yes — you can request a specific delivery time when your order is placed at least two days in advance. We’ll schedule it into and make sure your order arrive right when you want it.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
We’ll attempt delivery, contact the recipient if needed, and leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location when appropriate.
How does same‑day delivery work?
If you place your order from the Same‑Day Delivery menu before 2:00 PM, your flowers will be delivered between 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM.
Substitutions & Seasonal Availability
What if a flower in my order isn’t available?
We follow a “same style, same value” approach. Substitutions are made only when necessary and always preserve the overall look and quality.
Will I be notified about substitutions?
For major changes, yes. For minor seasonal swaps, we use our professional judgment to keep your arrangement beautiful and on time.

Most arrangements last 4–7 days with proper care.
How do I care for my arrangement?
Keep flowers in a cool spot, refresh the water daily, and trim stems every 1–2 days. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources.

Yes. Every plant leaves our shop with simple, clear care guidelines.

Do you have minimums for wedding floral arrangements?
Minimums vary by season and event size. We’ll outline everything during your consultation.

Yes. We offer weekly corporate arrangements and full event floral design.
What is the minimum time required to pre-order flowers for weddings or events?
We require at least one week of advance notice for all wedding and event orders. This ensures we can source the right blooms, design your arrangements with care, and deliver everything beautifully on the day of your celebration.

Orders can be canceled before design begins. Custom and event orders may have different terms.
