Return & Refund Policy
At All the People’s Flowers, every arrangement is crafted with intention, care, and a little poetry. Because fresh flowers are living, delicate, and time-sensitive, our return and refund guidelines are designed to honor both the nature of our work and the trust of our customers.
Fresh Flower Orders (Perishable Items)
- All fresh flower sales are final once delivered or picked up. Flowers are perishable and cannot be returned after delivery.
- If something isn’t right (within 24 hours): Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. If the concern is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
- After 24 hours, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for any reason, including:
- change of mind
- event cancellation
- improper care
- recipient unavailability
Non-Perishable Items (Vases, Gifts, Accessories)
- Eligible for return within 7 days if unused and in original condition.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Delivery Issues
- If we deliver to the wrong address due to our error, we will redeliver at no cost.
- If the customer provides an incorrect address, we cannot offer refunds once delivery has been attempted.
- If the recipient is unavailable and the arrangement must be left at the door, we are not responsible for weather, theft, or environmental damage.
Event & Wedding Orders
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are not eligible for refunds due to advance ordering and design preparation.
- Large custom orders cannot be returned once created.
Refunds (Non-Perishable Items Only)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Processing times vary by bank.
Exchanges
We replace non-perishable items only if defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at allthepeoplepoetic@gmail.com.
Gifts
If a non-perishable item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit once the item is returned.
Shipping Returns (Non-Perishable Items Only)

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For higher-value items, we recommend a trackable shipping method.
