Our main flowers were red roses, peppermint carnations, pom poms and, daisies. Evergreens came back to play in our “Basket of Cheer” and “Under the Mistletoe” arrangements. The most popular were the dainty daisy teacups, Cincinnati’s best bouquets in classic mason jars, and Southern Bella Bountiful Blooms.
Though we would have liked to see more direct sales on this website, we jumped for joy everytime the Doordash tablet rang because, it was a moment to gift another floral experience. No matter how big. No matter how small.

Specials We Ran
Anywho, back to story time! The specials we ran this holiday was BOGO! Yes BOGO. And, speaking of small but powerful, the most beautiful delivery that we did was a BOGO of one rose in an elegant bud vase. I think the video below will explain it all. The orange roses actually had a strange ephemeral glow between them. It was like God telling us, that we were on the right path. It was a reminder that we were just regifiting the gifts that He has already given. It felt good.

Mindfulness as Technique
The perfect flow of incoming floral arrangement gave us time to implement our main technique, “mindfulness.” That is paying attention to placement, selecting the perfect blooms, adding the right accessories, and making sure it looks better than what our customers had originally ordered.
When it comes to MINDFULNESS. Cost does not matter! We put in the same 30 to 50 minutes for a 40.00$ arrangement as we would a 12$ arrangement. This is because we love flowers and people. For us flowers + people = poetry. Therefore, we were proud of every single arrangement that left the shop in our NEW CLEAR TOTE BAGS THAT just elevate our arrangements and ensure that the people of Cincinnati don’t end up with a product that fell out in the car.
To think, we have come a long way from delivering vases with no boxes, just prayers that all would be well.
