Holiday Cheer at All the People Poetic Floral Arrangements, Delivering Flowers in Cincinnati, Ohio and Northern Kentucky
This week we were grateful for the many happenings at our shop.
Online Offerings
First of all, we continue to add beautiful products to our online menu as we attempt to diversify and amplify our offerings. Though it is very easy to look at huge companies wih hundreds of pages and compare it with our lowly 6 pages of products, I remind myself that we are trying to create products that truly reflect our brand.
Though we only added and edited a few images, we continue to be grateful for the progess that we have made, which wouldn’t have been possible without the guidance of our chief officer of SEO, George. We love you! We also have continued to explore the role of reels on Instagram and Facebook to increase the shop’s visibility to let people know that we exist. At the end of the day, we will continue to grow this shop organically through word of mouth and by talking with an enjoying people.
Giving back to the Cincinnati Community of Beautiful People
One of those people who brings life into a small business like ours is DeAna. She works at “Alberts Beauty Supply” on Cincinnati’s north end. This week, I dedided to stop in and she really encouraged me about this business.
When I showed her some of our arrangements, she beamed and said “wow, you really have something here, we are going to get you together.” The we made me feel the surity of community and gave me hope that what I was doing mattered.
Christmas Inventory
The next day, we got some beautiful products for Christmas including red roses, Christmas Greens, Blue Delphinium and peppermint carnations for daily delivery. We also got some really beautiful fabrics, including both golden and red glittery tule fabrics to decorate the holiday arangements to the max. We even went foraging to to see what nature had to gift us.
At the end of Saturday night, we had some time as we closed the store. I WANTED to make something special for DeAna tonight. It was warm, people were out. Why not?
Whats in the Wintry Blue Arrangement at 39.99
We ended up make a Wintry Blue arrangement using a large peppermint carnation as the focal point, we added glittery tule to the basket and created long arches with some very fresh blue delphinium. We used the fallen blooms to also decorate the box. To emulate suzy Q curls, we added some blue ribbons that miraculously fell into a heart shape.
For extra cheer, we added oranamente and white buttom chrysantheams to represent fluffy hair types. When we walked in DeAna could not stop smiling. We are grateful to her and for Alberts for helping us feel beautiful, confident and worthy!
Giving to Spotlight Lounge
After giving DeAna her arrangement, we stopped by another local business, “Spotlight Lounge” to show the bartender some love with a single hot pink rose, with greenery and mini carns, decked out with sheer and lavender wrapping. I think she was happy too!
Seeing people happy with flowers is what this journey is about because All the people need flowers.
Today, we got back into the lab, fulfulling to very cute Christmas backs, with pine cones, red roses, peppermint carnations and Christmas greens.
